Full job description
Due to our rapid growth in the HRM, we are recruiting a Property Manager to assist with our portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties.
The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a portfolio of properties including, but not limited to:
Attracting and screening prospective tenants;
Creating leases for qualified new and existing tenants;
Complete regular inspection reports for buildings and units and ensure that any deficiencies noted are corrected in a timely manner;
Provide move in / move out inspections for tenants;
Ensuring that tenant concerns are handled in a professional manner;
Ensuring that rents are collected in a timely manner and strictly enforcing late payment policies;
Coordinating repairs and maintenance to properties;
The ideal candidate will be well versed on the NS Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations. You will be personable and professional in all your interactions with existing and prospective tenants.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is required.
In addition to a base salary, we offer leasing commissions, and vehicle reimbursement. Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
