We are offering full-time opportunities for outstanding future Personal Support Workers to join our client care team in Huron/Perth County. We’ll reimburse the students tuition upon completion of the program with an agreement to work for us for 24 months post graduation.

Our employees help seniors and people with disabilities continue to live independently at home. ONE CARE programs include In-Home Personal Care, Assisted Living, Adult Day Programs, Home Help, Meals on Wheels, EasyRide Transportation, Reassurance, Home At Last, Exercise & Wellness, and Foot Care.

What You Will Do Upon Graduation:

Working closely with our clients residing in the Huron/Perth County area, you will be pivotal in providing compassionate care, services and individualized, flexible daily living supports. Using your knowledge and collaboration skills, you will also help them to develop practical, goal-driven plans that support their ability to live independently in their home.

What you have as a future PSW:

• A spark to ignite the improvement in the lives of those in your community.
• A passion for providing outstanding care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care.
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one.
• Plan to complete a formal, accredited PSW / caregiver training program.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work on days, evenings, and every other weekend.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

ONE CARE Offers You (Once you Graduate):

• Full tuition paid after successful graduation of the PSW program.
