Come be part of our story! CSN Whitehorse has a unique opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to support our automotive parts department. If you are eager to learn a new skill set, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

What does it take to work for CSN - Lift Auto Group?

  • Automotive parts experience is preferred but more than willing to train the right candidate.
  • Collision estimating experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid drivers license required.


  • Maintain management systems according to company SOP’s.
  • Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
  • Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
  • Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
  • Submit all parts orders through management system.
  • Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
  • Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
  • Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
  • Bring parts cars to stalls when needed.
  • Order all supplement parts as needed following all above processes.
  • Ensure that all unused parts are returned for credit and that Lift received credit in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as required by Location Manager
