We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and managing SaaS partners to join our team.
You will also collaborate with Marketing, Product, business, and other departments to ensure partners are technically prepared for the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies in Canada.
Location:
Cornwall, Ontario.
Role:
The Partner Executive acts as a liaison between Zoho and its channel consulting
partners – building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
They plays a vital role in the revenue growth of Zoho’s partner organizations, and serves as the key point of contact for partners, distributing Zoho’s sales, marketing and technical resources to help partners grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the partner eco system and business drivers
- Build visibility about Zoho among prospective partners by tracking business goals and revenue metrics for each partner
- You will oversee all aspects of recruiting, the onboarding process, and maximizing revenue potential through effective partnerships who resell Zoho CRM, Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho One applications.
- Experience working with System Integrators as Alliance Managers or SaaS companies in partner manager roles
- Understanding the partner’s business; helping to overcome any pain points in selling, marketing and implementation.
- Helping partners maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners on their day-to-day enquiries.
- Willingness to travel to industry events, partner events, and onsite partner meetings.
- Solution presentations and demonstrations, including technology-related inquiries.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
Skills:
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You demonstrate the interpersonal skills & ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Language proficiency in both English and French is mandatory for this job.
- Excellent organization and time management skills – many partners consider you as their primary contact at Zoho.
- Self-starter – you think outside the box to solve issues and address partner concerns.
- You balance scheduled partner growth reviews with being available to assist partners on a day-to-day basis.
- Analytical/data acuity – You run data driven sales reports for the region, customers, or partners.
- You have prior experience in a similar role( e.g. Saas Partner management) and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- Preferred: Familiarity & Understanding of standard business applications software (CRM, Accounting, Help Desk, Analytics, Project Management etc)
Compensation and Terms:
- This is initially a contract-based position. Successful applicants will be offered a six-month contract, after which they may qualify for full-time positions.
- Hourly compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Contractors are not offered benefits. Those who transition to full-time positions will be offered a full suite of generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP matching contributions.
