What We’re Looking For

Lift Auto Group is a rapidly expanding consolidator of collision repair shops across Canada operating under the CSN Collision Centre banner. This exciting opportunity in the heart of warm and sunny Kelowna, BC where our company is headquartered. Working closely with our corporate and operations teams, the Office Administrator is a multi-faceted role to support to support the day-to-day operations of the company and assist with special projects.

Career Overview:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Process corporate credit card payments.
  • Bank and other account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and review courier packages and mail distribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk for visitors and answer incoming/outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage the front reception area and ensure organization and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
