Summary

The Administrator is responsible for providing internal and external customer support and administrative services within the KMR Global Logistics office. Please note that work will commence no earlier than mid-July 2020.

Job Duties

Administration

· Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages

· Perform the invoicing function in the accounting system

· Conduct clerical duties (including filing, answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel, responding to emails, greeting visitors in a professional manner, preparing documents, etc.)

· Provide administrative support for operations and warehouse team

· Monitoring KMR’s social media feed and content

Operations Support

· Assist with preparation of commercial invoices

· Enter time and attendance into the accounting system and check timecards frequently for Payroll; prepare bi-weekly reports

· Keep track of office and coffee supplies and record which products need restocking

· Provide back up support to Inside Sales as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma; certificate or diploma in Office Administration would be an asset
  • 1+ years in administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Solid data entry and computer skills
  • Moderate to Intermediate experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively
  • Self motivated and able to work in both team and individual settings
  • Professional attitude and demeanor

Work Conditions

  • Office setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour

Experience:

  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Word and Excel: 1 year (Required)
