Our Durham location is focused on creating and inclusion and expanding rider community that appeals to new and existing riders. We strive to deliver an H-D experience with an unequivocal customer focus.

Position:

· Passion for the riding lifestyle and knowledge of motorcycles, parts and accessories

· Motorcycle / Powersports sales experience would be considered an asset

· Previous customer service experience; both in person and on the phone

· Strong computer skills, use of a CRM is essential

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

· Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends

Skills required:

· Friendly, customer service oriented

· Ideally a rider or at least a passenger

· Sales experience, tell us why this would be a great fit for you

· Knowledge of the motorcycle community

· Understanding of the operation of the motorcycle including GPS, Bluetooth, etc. to provide orientation to customer

· Able to match the right bike with the rider’s riding ability

· Computer skills

· We’ll provide Harley-Davidson specialized training so you can grow your skillset
