We are seeking a hard-working individual with a passion for customer service to join our close-knit team of professionals as a Marketing Coordinator.
Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of marketing tasks, including building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan. This includes social media posts and videos, site photography, newsletters, branding, website updates, etc. as determined through the evaluation of marketing metrics.
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Duties:
- Proficiency and experience in SEO, GEO and other web based metrics and functions
- Create content for social media and manage the social media community
- Experience with content creation, marketing material design and copy writing.
- Manage marketing budget
- Coordinate all photography and videography
- Ensure that website is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure that company presentation (office, yard, uniforms, vehicles, job site, presentation docs, etc..) aligns with brand
- Present information from research and reports, provide recommendations, and develop and implement growth strategies for system improvements
- Collaborate with the team to create and send out e-newsletters monthly as well as client surveys
- Assist with coordination and participation of charity and sponsorship events.
- Coordinate with marketing, chamber and professional partners.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
Requirements:
- Submission of recent portfolio of work completed
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
- Capable of using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite is an asset
- Photography, videography and drone experience is an asset
- CRM Experience, Zoho familiarity an asset
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English
- Ability to use graphic design tools
