Comfort with large money transactions, the concept of the non-physical, manifestation, chakra healing practices, relationship and dating methods, and the unseen is essential.

This individual will have a knack for motivating people, planning and implementing sales strategies, a background in managing sales staff, and have excellent written and verbal communication with a dedication to providing great customer service. The individual will also be proficient with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have social media, e-mail platform, and internet experience.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to handle and implement our company’s sales portfolio, metrics, tracking sales goals, sales follow-up plans, lead generation, marketing and sales funnels, facilitating the booking of sales calls through interaction with potential clients, conducting sales calls, and reviewing sales calls for effectiveness, successes, and areas needing improvement.

Working with the owner/operator, the Lead Sales Consultant will assist with the success of the company sales portfolio to meet sales quotas, seek inefficiencies and offer suggestions for improvements, oversee sales goals, developing business plans, setting sales targets, implementing the latest market knowledge, communications and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, assist with the social media profile, assist client program delivery regarding sales, and help grow and operate the business while supporting the visions and values of our organization and understanding our ideal client and how they relate to our services.

Working with the owner/operator, the Lead Sales Consultant will provide support and advising services including mentoring sales contractors, client/customer response and follow up, work with both sales contractors and clients to improve the sales experience, set and meet sales goals with contractors, assistant coaching duties including but not limited to client follow ups, responding to customer inquiries, leading and moderating webinars, event coordinating, reviewing of customer program implementation, program delivery management for the sales portion, customer accountability, and coaching phone calls.
