Lead Carpenter

Great Scapes is looking to fulfill positions within our company:

- (1) Lead carpenter position

We do various type of work including framing, decks, pergolas, fencing, exterior renovations, interior renovations for both residential and commercial clients.

Applicants must have a minimum 5 years of experience in the industry and have a considerable knowledge of the methods, tools, materials, and equipment used to carry out these construction projects. We are looking for someone who is patient, hardworking, and can take on the role of a leader and work in a team environment.

Drivers license is mandatory and applicants must have their own transportation. Red seal certification is considered an asset. Drivers abstract and background check may be asked for.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• carpentry: 5 years (required)
