Full job description

- Prepare cooking ingredients for menu items following a prep list

· Label and stock ingredients in an organized manner

· Set up workstations

· Prep Food/Prepare Soups

- Prepare sandwiches, soups, salads with efficiency

· Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

· Wash dishes

· Remove garbage

· Sanitize surfaces

· Store all food items properly

· Assist others with special events

· Clean washrooms

· Other duties as required

* must be able to lift 40-50lbs
