Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist - Residential

We’re looking for our next rockstar team member (otherwise known as an Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist) to join our Vancouver design studio. You’ll be part of our team that designs luxury dream homes for our clients across Canada.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years in a residential design environment in Greater Vancouver
• Customer service oriented
• Min. 2 years of Revit modelling and construction drawings
• Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Familiar with Zoning Bylaw, Development Permit, and Building Permit process and drawing requirements in various Greater Vancouver municipalities (not all of them, but at least some of them)
• Open to working on projects in new municipalities across Canada
• Loves to learn new things, be mentored by senior team members and/or serve as a mentor, and open to growth opportunities
• Someone confident in their skillset, yet humble enough to learn new things and grow with our team.
• Looking for a long-term position with a highly growth-oriented company

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
