Broker Manager

Permanent Full-Time

Kyle. SK

Prairie Centre Insurance is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the permanent full-time role of Broker Manager to oversee operations in the Kyle location. Reporting directly to the Manager Prairie Centre Insurance, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative leadership while also ensuring exceptional member service. The successful incumbent must possess a strong aptitude for relationship building and be proactive in a sales culture.

Key Competencies:

  • Provide optimum member service by promoting and delivering insurance advice, products, and services
  • Identify member needs and present appropriate solutions/strategies to meet the assessed needs
  • Expertise within a wide range of insurance products
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
  • Proactive with an initiative-driven nature, motivated by results
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Key Qualifications:

  • Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Program – Level 4, or commitment to achieve full program
  • Insurance Broker’s Association of Saskatchewan Auto Insurance – Part 1 and 2
  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or insurance industry designations would be considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of insurance related experience, or relevant business development expertise
  • Proven record of achieving sales/growth goals and targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data

Salary will commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
