Job Overview

UnTapped Craft Supply is a top Canadian independent craft liquor agency focusing on premium & unique Craft Beers, Ciders, Non-Alc Beverages & Natural Wines from around the world. An exciting & fun work environment where we have built strong business relationships with our customers & the public. We are seeking a self-driven & dynamic person to start as a full-time experienced Inside Sales Representative to activate new accounts and maintain rural accounts with a primary focus on the Alberta & British Columbia area. Inside Sale experience preferred.

*Candidate must be located in PST (Pacific Standard Time) or MST (Mountain Standard Time) time zones.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative

  • Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Onboarding new accounts/customers
  • Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
  • Upselling services and making product recommendations
  • Closing sales and achieving company quotas
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Staying informed about product and service information updates

Inside Sales Representative skills and qualifications
