Please note: Salary is $50,000, pro-rated to a part-time schedule of 2 days per week ($20,000).

Ideally, this would be a hybrid/in-house role with the candidate living locally to Whistler. However, for the right candidate we may consider a fully remote option.

HR Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support and coordinate the full employee life cycle. You’ll handle recruitment opportunities, support culture and internal events and provide general HR administrative support to the team. You’ll be a diligent organizer with unparalleled attention to detail and a love for finding and supporting great people.


  • Collaborate with department leads/managers to create job descriptions for new roles.
  • Create job postings and share them on various platforms.
  • Create employment contracts to meet employment standards across the globe.
  • Research compensation/benefits for new job markets.
  • Filter candidates, conduct screening interviews and share job offers with successful candidates.
  • Onboard new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding.
  • Lead internal events and initiatives and work with all teams to foster a fun, strong, supportive and inclusive culture.
  • Direct leave requests to various managers for approval and keep the database up to date.
  • Update the organizational chart.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook.
  • Find creative ways to get things done.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Self-starter and ambitious.
  • Excellent time management and ability to shift focus at short notice.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail and level of professional conduct.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Expert English speaking and writing skills.
  • Interest in the biking industry.
  • Experience in administrative duties - 2 years minimum.
  • Experience in HR and employment contracts- essential.
  • HR qualification - an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
