Head of Partnerships

· Part time with flexible hours

· 12 month contract

We currently have an opportunity with Triple P Parenting Canada for a Head of Partnerships, part time, flexible, twelve-month contract role. This newly created position will support our team to build relationships with Triple P stakeholders and actively engage with our public affairs partners. Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. Triple P Training has been delivered in over 30 countries, with offices in 7 countries.

The Role

Working remotely as part of a strong and supportive team; duties include:

· Attend meetings in person and remotely

· Identify stakeholders and opportunities for development

· Build and manage relationships

· Promotion of Triple P as agreed with external and internal stakeholders

· Work with external public affairs partners

· Prepare briefings and presentations for delivery

· Create networks and partnerships

· Work with our global communications team around key messaging

The Person

Skills required are:

· Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement experience

· Experience with government relations and or public affairs

· Experience working in the social impact, community service or government relations/public affairs sector

· Knowledge of Triple P would be a significant advantage

· French language skills would be preferred

· Effective problem solving and adaptability

· Ability to work independently and self-motivation to achieve deadlines and objectives
