Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Sylist/Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also mentoring junior stylists and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colours, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business through outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Strong commitment to sanitation practices and maintaining a clean workspace.
