Ground Crew/General Labourer

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Pesticide handling

· Mixing and loading

· Maintaining records and logs

· Maintaining company vehicles and equipment

· General labour around the hangar

· Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or base manager

· Must be accustomed to working long hours (Including early mornings, split days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays)

Qualifications

· Minimum of a valid Class “5” drivers License

· Must be able to work unsupervised

· Dependability (Must have a clear attendance record and reliable on-time reporting)

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

· Attention to detail a must

· Willing to complete AZ driver training at company expense. There will be a contractual agreement signed.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $170.00-$190.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

• Outlook, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• manual labour: 1 year (preferred)
• aviation: 1 year (preferred)
• operations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers License (required)
