Full-Time Storekeeper

Job Summary:

Responsible for activities related to the efficient operation of the Stores and Receiving areas.

• Receive goods, counts and verifies to ensure that the goods received are those which have been ordered and that they are in acceptable condition;
• Assembles orders and delivers supplies from Stores and Receiving to all departments;
• Maintains inventory quotas for stores supplies for all departments;
• Replenishes shelves with goods received from suppliers;
• Assembles equipment and furniture received;
• Packages goods into standard units of issue;
• Keeps Storerooms clean at all times;
• Prepares all required documents for outgoing shipments;
• Assists in maintaining printing equipment and supplies;
• Cleans supply rooms weekly, organizing shelves;
• Assist with any other office related duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Secondary School Diploma
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Currently trained for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Completion of Postsecondary Education is an asset
• Fluently bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Criminal reference check for the vulnerable sector.
