What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with fibre-to-the-home installations

• Learning aerial and underground fibre construction techniques

• Supporting senior technicians in the field

• Following safety standards and company procedures

• Representing Mike’s Communications professionally on every job site

Compensation & Growth

• Starting wage of $23/hour for entry-level technicians

• Wage reassessed after successful completion of probationary period

• Benefits package upon successful completion of probationary period (3 months)

• Hands-on training and opportunities to advance as skills develop
