The Job at a Glance:

As a Roofer at LAING, you'll be in the heart of the action, constructing and assembling roofing layers with precision. Your daily adventures will include:

• Working with various flat roofing membranes, from TPO, EPDM and SBS.
• Handling new installations, replacements, and repairs of asphalt and TPO roofing systems.
• Crafting sheet metal flashings that seal the deal.
• Applying waterproof coatings to surfaces both above and below ground.
• Ensuring a safe and secure work environment while mentoring Laborers and Apprentices.
• Collaborating closely with our skilled crew to complete projects on time.

Qualifications That Shine:

• Journeyman Roofers are preferred, but if you have construction experience under your belt, we're open to receiving your application.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with SBS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, or T+G.
• Your exceptional service skills will set you up for success.
• Be a team player, whether you're working solo or as an essential part of our collaborative crew.
• Get ready to bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Embrace working at heights for extended hours.
• No heavy equipment is too heavy for you to handle, and confined spaces are no challenge.
• A valid driver's license is a plus.
• Your personal hand tools are a valuable asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
