If you are a self-starter with strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, we invite you to join our team. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents, letters, memos, client packages, and presentations.
  • Manage verbal and written communication with clients, CRA, and professionals.
  • Efficiently handle multiple calendars and schedule client meetings.
  • Thrive as a self-motivated team player, maintaining focus and accuracy under pressure.
  • Provide exceptional client service, acting as a point of contact.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and billing.
  • Manage partners' phone calls and respond to client queries.
  • Handle document collection, distribution, and filing with strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with client projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Fulfill ad hoc administrative requests, including correspondence and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates dedication and motivation to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Possesses a professional and warm demeanor, with a track record of managing sensitive situations tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A post-secondary education in Administration or a related field is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience as an executive assistant, supporting senior-level executives or partners.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, capable of monitoring and tracking the progress of multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of CaseWare and Taxprep is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
