Our pampering services includes waxing, facials, manicures, and pedicures, and we also offer our very own line of Frilly Lilly bath and beauty care products. Our newest boutique, in Leduc, AB, promises to deliver a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members while promising an experience that provides superior attention and quality.

Our brand is whimsical with a love for vintage, light, and natural elements. Each Frilly Lilly boutique carries a full range of product lines, jewellery pieces, accessories, home goods, and lifestyle items. Our signature branding and expertise has made us leaders in the industry and has provided us with a passionate and loyal customer following.

Position Overview

The objective of the Esthetician is to provide an exceptional esthetic experience to all Frilly Lilly guests, while simultaneously building relationships with guests and fellow teammates.

Job Functions

• Efficiently provide exceptional and genuine customer care and provide a memorable Frilly Lilly experience
• Provide excellent esthetic services to the quality standards as outlined in the internal Frilly Lilly training program for estheticians
• Responsible for keeping esthetic areas well organized and cleaned to current health and safety protocols
• Assist in keeping the boutique and product displays well maintained and assist with the daily operations of the boutique
• Guests: Clienteling: gather guest information and offer personalized boutique experiences to build enduring, lifelong relationships
• Guests: Sales: thoughtfully suggest and educate our guests on all retail products and the ability to close the sale to increase revenue

Requirements

• Overall excellent customer relations abilities
• Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting all teammates and raising the bar wherever possible
• Confidence to perform services to high esthetic standards.
• Able to maintain strong product knowledge as well as knowledge of Frilly Lilly esthetic techniques.
• Elevated verbal skills and ability to communicate with clients professionally
• Completed education in esthetics is required

Salary: $16.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• Varying shift length, 4 to 8 hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
