Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business development
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product assortment to maximize sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
Skills:
- Strong background in technical sales or technology sales
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer interactions
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnerships and contracts
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and drive results
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth through e-commerce channels

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
