Ecommerce Manager
Position: Ecommerce Lead/Manager
Type: Full-Time
Industry: Firearms Components & Accessories
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager who is a multi-skilled digital marketing expert. In this role, you will manage all aspects of our online store(s) and drive the growth of our ecommerce strategy. You’ll be responsible for SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing strategies, and possess a broad range of experience across digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Management: Oversee the performance of our online store, optimizing UX and conversion rates to drive sales. Everything from total UI to PDP/PLP to category and collection creation.
- SEO Strategy: Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content collaboration with the content team.
- PPC Campaigns: Execute paid ad campaigns (Google, YouTube, Meta, other) and optimize targeting and budgets to maximize ROI for non-restricted products.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive conversions and customer engagement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize the checkout process, product pages, and user flow to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
- Data Analysis: Track and report on ecommerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, organic traffic) and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Funnel Strategy: Build and optimize email funnels for abandoned carts, post-purchase, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRO and everything else “Ecommerce”.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce and Magento) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Experience working in the firearms industry is a plus.
