Summer Position
Start Date: May 2026

The Haliburton Post House is a fine dining resort located between Haliburton and Minden. We are currently seeking an eager and responsible individual with a passion for food, hospitality and service to join our team. Great opportunity to join a new venture with opportunities for growth. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Smart Serve designation a plus.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Food and beverage service
  • Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables, sweeping floors
  • Assisting with the dinner preparation and service
  • Dishwashing (including: sanitizing china, pots and pans, glassware and silverware polishing)
  • Kitchen/workplace cleaning
  • Assisting with internal meeting/dining room setup
  • Patio, dock, and boathouse set up/clean up

Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Minden, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
