Product Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Research and Description: Research and understand cosmetics and skincare products from China, Japan, and Korea. Write detailed and accurate product descriptions and uploaded product information to the Shopify platform.
• Market Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current market trends. Manage product display sections on Shopify (e.g., New Arrivals, Best Sellers) to ensure optimal product visibility and drive sales.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update product inventory regularly to ensure adequate stock levels. Manage product shelf life to maintain product quality and freshness throughout the sales period.
• Order and Inventory Analysis: Regularly analyze product orders and inventory status to align stock with sales demand, optimizing inventory efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Operational Support: Participate in product listings, marketing campaigns, and related operations as needed. Provide data support and operational plans, and regularly analyze product sales data on Shopify and Lamour platforms.
• Product Selection Assistance: Assist in selecting products for cosmetic and skincare mystery boxes, ensuring product choices meet market demand.
• Pricing Strategy Management:Proficient in using Shopify for pricing updates and changes, including product uploads and price adjustments.
• Product Selection and Curation:Based on market trends and internal sales data, update recommended product lists across major categories to ensure selections reflect high-demand items.
• Regularly screen and contact suitable suppliers based on actual needs, and maintain strong cooperative relationships. Select new products according to market trends and promptly restock existing products based on sales performance.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with cosmetics and skincare products from China, Japan, and Korea.
• Experience with Shopify platform operations is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content based on product features and market trends.
• Strong data analysis skills to manage inventory and ordering effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
