Full job description
As a core member of our team, you will be extensively involved in supporting, developing, and coordinating our Digital marketing initiatives. We are seeking a professional who can work effectively in a competitive environment and has a deep understanding of Japanese and Korean fashion, cosmetics, and skincare brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote new products and services, and edit and optimize marketing materials.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns; select and recommend products based on marketing activities.
- Create and acquire content for digital platforms while monitoring and improving SEO performance.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of email marketing and publish relevant content.
- Supervise designers’ work, providing guidance and suggestions for revisions.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends; analyze the effectiveness of ads across different platforms.
- Identify and collaborate with reputable KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) on social media platforms to promote campaigns.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to manage the company's public image.
- Proactively reach out to social media KOLs, evaluate their influence, arrange collaborations, and ensure promotional effectiveness.
- Provide promotional and advertising content, describe campaign details, propose ad design ideas, monitor ad performance in real time, and liaise with agencies to clarify requirements.
- According to the company’s expansion plan, initiate preliminary contact with shopping malls and update business plans as needed.
- Support in-store renovation needs by designing and adjusting product displays to ensure effective in-store presentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo; solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- In-depth understanding of Japanese and Korean fashion trends, including cosmetics and skincare brands.
- Strong aesthetic sense; understanding of e-commerce operations; ability to perform well under pressure.

- 配合门店装修需求,设计和调整品牌产品展示,确保门店内展示效果。
任职要求:
- 拥有市场营销、传播或广告等相关领域的学士学位或同等学历。
- 2-3年数字营销行业经验,精通Google Analytics、Google Ads,Meta Ads。
- 熟悉Klaviyo,具备SEO、SEM和电子邮件营销的基本知识。
- 对日韩时尚趋势有深入理解,包括化妆品和护肤品品牌。
- 具备高超的审美能力,了解电商运作,能在高压环境下工作。
