The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage both B2B and B2C customer service activities for a fast-paced, growing Cannabis company. The CSR will be the client’s primary point of contact and provide product/services information, resolve customer complaints, answer questions and update customers on the status of their orders.

Job Responsibilities:

B2C

Oversee the Organization’s Medical Portal including, but not limited to:

  • data entry
  • collection and storage of confidential information
  • interaction with medical professionals
  • familiarization with the catalogue of company product offerings
  • collection and processing of payment information
  • placing of orders
  • supply of shipping confirmation and tracking information to customers
  • ensuring timely turn around for all requests
  • reaching out to qualified person(s) to answer questions
  • maintaining logs
  • collection of information and reporting of adverse reactions

B2B

Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients

  • receive and enter orders into company’s enterprise resource planning system
  • liaise with shipping, planning, purchasing and production to fulfill orders
  • update customers on status of orders
  • resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • log customer complaints
  • perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred experience at a doctor’s office (admin/reception desk)
  • Must have 3+ years of Customer Service experience (preferably in an office/clinic)
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
  • Positive, friendly and enjoy problem solving
  • Knowledge of Cannabis Act and its Regulations considered to be an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient user of excel and word
