Full job description
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist/Receptionist, who is personable, professional, diligent, and passionate about customer service and fine jewellery—and helping our clients bring their vision to life.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to manage time well
- Experience working jewellery retail or industry would be an asset, though not a requirement
- Semi-formal, chic casual attire
Main Responsibilities:
- In-store consultations with customers
- Customer service correspondence via email/phone
- Greeting customers at the door
- Some packing of orders for pickup/shipping
- Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
- General studio cleaning tasks
The position is 30 hours per week to start with and opportunities to move up to 40 hours a week after 3 months. The schedule would be Wednesdays-Fridays 10:15am-6:15pm, Saturdays 10:15am-4:15pm. The additional day after 3 months will be Tuesday.
Pay: $23-25 per hour, depending on industry-related experience.
