Crew Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our SpicyG team operating our first Food Truck. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive culinary experience to our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable skills in the food service industry all while experiencing different locations around Ontario. The food truck will be operating in various locations from Petawawa to Hawksbury.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck

- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to travel to operating locations as needed

- Should have a valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
