Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Representative located in Barrie, ON. The CSR will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, vendor relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will work as part of a team to sell a range of wireless products and services from TELUS and Koodo including mobility, internet, security, streaming, accessories and more.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in a sales-related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
