Lift Auto Group is expanding their repair team and are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at two locations in Prince George, BC. In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch customer service for our clients who require automotive repair services.

What does it take for consideration at Lift Auto Group?
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Candidates who have experience with auto estimating will be given priority.
- Strong customer service, computer skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment required.
- Valid drivers license required.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to our highly experienced Location Manager, your duties will include:
- Greet and make customers feel welcome from the moment they enter the shop.
- Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle.
- Obtaining customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork
- Tag and neatly store parts on shelves ensuring parts numbers are organized and accounted for.
- Close customer files with the relevant insurance company and communicate with insurance companies where necessary.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Possess a professional and positive attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
