Join Lift as a Client Relations Coordinator!

CSN Advance is expanding their repair team and are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Victoria, BC. In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch customer service for our clients who require automotive repair services.

Lift's Corporate office is headquartered in Kelowna, BC. We now operates 56 collision repair locations across British Columbia, Yukon, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario with plans for further expansion.

What does it take for consideration at Lift Auto Group?

  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous experience in collision repair industry is an asset.
  • Strong customer service, computer skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment required.
  • Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to our highly experienced Location Manager, your duties will include:

  • Greet and make customers feel welcome from the moment they enter the shop.
  • Prepare and manage customer files, including preparing final invoicing and paperwork required for customer to pick up their vehicle.
  • Obtaining customer signatures and deductible payments on final paperwork
  • Tag and neatly store parts on shelves ensuring parts numbers are organized and accounted for.
  • Close customer files with the relevant insurance company and communicate with insurance companies where necessary.
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Possess a professional and positive attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.

Expected hours: 40 per week
