Our client, Participation Lodge Grey Bruce, located in Holland Centre, ON, is currently looking for an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper for a 3 – 6 month period. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is confident and comfortable working in a busy setting. They’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, superior attention to detail and capable of conducting themselves with tactfulness and upholding confidentiality.

About The Role
- Managing Bank Reconciliations with Superior Attention to Detail
- Assisting with Office-Related Reports & Filing, Including Regulatory Obligations with Law Society of Ontario
- Coding & Processing Accounts Payable Invoices
- Recording, Processing & Balancing Payments & Invoices, Upon Approvals
- Communicating Daily with Clients & Third Parties
- Account Receivables
- Other Office Related Duties as Assigned Such as Copying, Data Entry and Filing
Qualifications
- Minium Post-Secondary Education in Business/Accounting or Related Field
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Internet/Intranet and E-mail
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Highly Organized & Able to Prioritize Workload
- Demonstrate High Level of Tact & Confidentiality
- Highly Organized & Able to Prioritize Workload
- Client-Centric Focused with Excellent Attention to Detail
- Strong Team Player with Ability to Self-Motivate
- Ability to Multi-Task & Handle Busy Work Environment
Requirements
- First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention credentials (Required of All Personnel, To Be Provided by PLGB Upon Hire)
- Detailed Health Screen (Form Provided by PLGB)
- Criminal Background Check Including Vulnerable Sector Screen
You may be a great fit for this position if you have previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Accounting Assistant, or Payroll Administrator.
