What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: Begin with a strong base wage of $34/hr.

Lucrative Production Bonuses:

• 250 hours produced/month: Earn an extra $1/hour on all hours. Potential Annual Earnings: Up to $105,000
• 300 hours produced/month: Earn an extra $2/hour on all hours. Potential Annual Earnings: Up to $129,600
• 350+ hours produced/month: Earn an extra $3/hour on all hours. Potential Annual Earnings: Up to $155,400
• 400 hours produced/month: (We're Busy!) Keep earning at the top bonus rate! Potential Annual Earnings: Up to $177,600
