The role

Body Repair – 80% of your time is spent here

• Hands on work, get in there and fix it
• Surface preparations, priming, painting, polishing, buffing & detailing

Reports and training – 10% and its important!

• Keep close track of your time and document all repairs.
• Continuous upskilling and development through in-house training programs to advance employees in the latest technology in trucking as well as their career at New West

Other duties – 10% of your time is spent here

• General maintenance of painting and refinishing equipment and area

Education/Certification

• Autobody refinisher Journeyman ticket.
• Class 5 licence required, Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years working as a Autobody Refinisher
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

Pay: $22.80-$38.00 per hour
