Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licensed with Rotary Wing Experience

Zimmer Air Services Inc. is looking for a Licensed AME with Rotary Wing experience to join a small but dedicated aircraft maintenance team of professionals based in St. Thomas Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with the ability to work in a modern and expanding facility, (26,000 sq. ft. in 2022) located in a service and activity rich community without the high cost of living and housing of many communities. Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team, and be able to work equally well unsupervised in the field to carry out maintenance on critical time schedules. The position has the potential to be full time, primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule for maintenance work or variable contract hours and rate depending on the candidate. Job Description:

Position entails line and major inspection maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair, Work Order execution and logbook entry. Company aircraft operated on include Robinson R44, Bell 206B/L Series, AS350 Series, AS355 Series, and SK58T. Some F/W maintenance of Piston/Turbine airplanes is also carried out. This position will require field/ remote work during our season of operation.

Qualifications:

ZASI is willing to provide some factory training for this position however the candidate shall hold an AME license with experience, preference to those with endorsements as listed below:
