Our client, an established Financial Advisor located in Owen Sound, ON, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Advisor including managing their schedule and creating an efficient office environment. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, superior attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information. This is a permanent, long-term, part-time role, offering flexibility in work schedule.

About The Role

  • Co-Ordinating & Delivering Exceptional Administrative Support to the Advisor
  • Managing Office Tasks Such as Filing, Generating Reports, & Updating Data
  • Developing & Executing Plans to Meet Operational & Administrative Goals
  • Scheduling Appointments, Preparing for Meetings, & Organizing Events/Follow-Ups
  • Researching & Producing Marketing Material to Generate Sales Opportunities
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Gathering & Compiling Statistics
  • Monitoring & Responding to Head Office Inquiries
  • Other Office Related Duties as Assigned

  • Proven Ability to Work Independently & Competently While Multi-Tasking

Requirements

  • High Level of Tact while Working with Confidential Information
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service, Office Admin or Related Field
  • Must Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites & Salesforce
