Account Manager (Sales & Service) - Insurance

What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?

In this role you will be assigned a book of business to service as well as the opportunity for new business sales to grow the book and reap the rewards for your efforts. You will have back-end support to take care of your portal work so you can focus on service and sales.

We are maintaining our office presence in Ayr, Simcoe, and Paris, so this position is ideal for someone who wants to be in the office to collaborate with their teammates and meet with their clients on site.

Job Duties

  • Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients.
  • Prepare & process quotes, policies, renewals, and change requests for delivery to insureds
  • Remarket policies as necessary.
  • Actively seek out sales opportunities.
  • Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding activities are resolved.


  • RIBO License, an asset. If not licensed, must be open to obtaining
  • Proven track record servicing a book of business with either experience with or aptitude for sales.
  • Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets, staying open to new market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated relationship building expertise.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBroker is an asset.

The salary range for this role starts at $45,000.00 / year, this has the potential to increase depending on level of experience.
