Techify is hiring an Account Executive to join our Business Development team and help find new clients. We have a proven sales system that experienced salespeople can learn quickly to advance their technology sales career. This position reports to the Manager of Business Development who will train and mentor the right individual.

· You are a sales “hunter” who thrives in a high performance, fun environment
· You have 4+ years’ experience working in sales
· You are ambitious, persistent and have demonstrated success in closing sales
· You are strong with social media, video and are excited about using new technology
· You have a passion for all things sales that drives you to continually learn and improve your skills
· You are confident and you enjoy networking and relationship building
· You are able to communicate effectively with CEOs and Business Owners
· You understand business and enjoy asking questions to learn more about a company
· You enjoy being part of a team and working together to achieve challenging goals
· You understand sales results are about the level of activity and effort you put in
Things You Might Have Done Last Week If You Had Worked Here:
· Met with a business owner to help them solve a challenging business problem using technology
· Researched prospective clients to identify decision makers and potential technology needs
· Developed a pipeline of prospects through calling, emailing, social selling, networking, following up on leads and other sales
· Developed a video to help get our proactive message across
· Called a prospect to follow up on their plan to change IT firms
· Attended a networking event to build relationships with decision makers
· Used HubSpot CRM to reach out to someone you have not spoken to in a few months
· Booked a meeting with a new prospect to present our proactive solutions
· Used social media to connect with a prospect in a different way
· Closed a big deal that is celebrated by the whole company
· Attended a weekly sales meeting to strategize on deals in the pipeline and how to grow that pipeline
Compensation:
· Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
