What Are Started RSVPs?
A Started RSVP happens when a job seeker clicks “Schedule an interview” and begins the sign‑up steps for your online or in-person hiring event. With Indeed Hiring Events, this is what you pay for under pay‑per‑started‑RSVP (PPSRSVP).
In the past, with the old PPC (pay‑per‑click) model, costs were based on clicks, not on starting the interview sign‑up.
Purpose
Indeed is moving from paying for clicks to paying for results. This helps you spend money on people who are more likely to interview. For Sponsored Jobs, this is called pay‑per‑started‑application (PPSA). For Hiring Events, it is PPSRSVP. You pay when a job seeker starts to schedule an interview.
How Started RSVPs Work
You pay when a job seeker starts the interview sign‑up (a Started RSVP). You can see counts and costs in your reports (Campaigns and Analytics), including Started RSVP and Average cost per Started RSVP.
Getting Started with Started RSVP Pricing
- No extra setup. If your event qualifies, it will use PPSRSVP automatically. You cannot switch that event back to PPC.
- Budgets, setup, and invoices. You will keep using your current Sponsored Jobs payment method. Reports show your Started RSVP counts and costs on your usual dashboards and in your invoice details.
