About Employer Branding Ads

Employer Branding Ads (EBA) let you reach high-quality job seekers through your brand story. These ads run across Indeed, Glassdoor, and off-site to let candidates learn more about your company and consider applying.

Some product features may not be available in all countries.

Purpose

In one simple process, you can target job seekers by location, search behaviour, and resume to:

  • Boost awareness and consideration

  • Promote your company in new locations

  • Attract candidates for functions your company isn’t known for

How do Employer Branding Ads work?

Employer Branding Ads work by placing desktop- and mobile-optimized display ads on Indeed, Glassdoor, and off-site to retarget recent job seekers.

Off-site ads are shown to relevant users browsing sites outside of the Indeed platform. This helps you extend your reach beyond Indeed.

When a job seeker clicks on an Employer Branding Ad, they will be driven to your Enhanced Profile (Glassdoor), Company Page (Indeed), or your company’s own Career Page to help you tell your brand story.

If you want to set up an Employer Branding Ad, please connect with your Glassdoor Sales Representative.
