How to Find an Indeed Account Admin
Do you need to contact your account admin or update user permissions? Here’s how to identify the admin or owner of your company’s Indeed employer account:
Step 1: Check the user access levels
Sign in to your employer account.
Click on or tap your e-mail in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select Users for a list of all users and their access levels.

Step 2: Find the account owner
Sign in to your employer account.
Click on or tap your e-mail in the top right corner of your dashboard.
In the pop-up window, you’ll see all employer accounts linked to your login, along with the owner of each account.
These options are only available if you have the required access level. If you can’t follow the steps above, contact us for help identifying your account admin or owner.
