Indeed's Better Work Awards FAQs

What are Indeed’s Better Work Awards?

Millions of employees rate and review their company on Indeed each year, including rating their work wellbeing. Based on the work wellbeing ratings shared by employees over the past year, Indeed  has determined the 2023 Top Companies for Work Wellbeing in the U.S., UK and Canada.

How are winners determined?

Indeed’s Better Work Awards honor the top companies for work wellbeing. The list is based on companies with more than 1,000 employees, and a minimum number of work wellbeing survey responses shared by employees over the past year. In the U.S., a company must have received at least 200 work wellbeing ratings, in the UK at least 100 work wellbeing ratings and in Canada, at least 150 work wellbeing ratings. There are additional eligibility requirements. You can see the full awards methodology here.

How do I submit my company for a Better Work Award?

There is no nomination process and no cost for a company to be considered. Indeed awards are based on reviews, ratings and insights shared voluntarily and anonymously by employees on Indeed when they complete a company review.
