Great people / Salaries no as competitive
It’s a great place to start one’s career since its salaries and benefits are competitive for entry-level positions. However, people may have to leave elsewhere to seek higher salaries after working in Zurich for some time since salary increases are not matched with inflation / costs of living. Overall, people are friendly and understanding—good place to start a career.

No job secruity
Zurich likes to hire slowly and fire quickly no one is safe my time there I have seen UAs, UWs, Executive Assistants and Executives terminated whether they worked for 2 months or 30 years. A manager with less than a year of experience is able to terminate a longer tenured employee. Zurich does not value their employees. If you care about your career, I would look elsewhere. HR is not going to help...

Generally a good place to work
SMEs are respected and mostly allowed to get their work done. Middle Management sometimes needs convincing of the right approach to problems or issues.
