Real Estate Agent in Oshawa, ON

New Agent here
So took my time after completing Humber to figure out where I want to be. Glad I joined Zolo. I get leads which means my work life is consistent. I'm buys and making good money which is different to what my class mates are going through at their brokerages. You do have to weed out leads that just want information but having at least 5-10 great leads is enough to keep me going .Sales Representative in Toronto, ON

Good for getting experience
Good for getting experience and meeting new people. Flexible schedule but people want lots of house visits so lots of evenings and weekend work but good overall Agent in Waterloo, ON

Lots of leads but lots of work
So with about 50 leads a month, I'd say I've found about 50% of them are good. The rest could maybe pan out down the road but are not serious. They do lots of Zoom sessions and teaching sessions but mainly how to sell. If I leave Zolo I may be at a loss for how to secure my own leads, but staying with them I'm more focused to sell then reach out to get clients. It's relatively stress free but still a lot of talking to people, I wish the commission structure was higher but still making good money from the amount of deals I'm closing because of Zolo So it works out in the end. It's pretty stable and consistent which is good since I have a family and work/life balance is important to me. Real Estate Sales Representative in Durham Region, ON

Good place to work for
Management does try to help you succeed. You have to have your phone close to you all day as leads come in randomly. Hard to turn online leads into closed deals. Enjoyed interacting with new people all the time. What would you say about your employer?
