What is the best part of working at the company?The products are quite cool, some co-workers are really great to work with. Others, not so much What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Highly regulated industry, it adds a lot of mental strain on day to day work. The management is also not very competent, very disorganized phases of product development, followed by a long era of testing.

A typical day starts off productive, meetings to see where things are headed and what has been completed. During these meetings, tasks are assigned to different teams and those tasks are what you will be working on for the remainder of the day. great workplace culture, nothing bad to say about Zimmer Biomet.

Great place to start your career

Great place to start your career. Interesting projects and a good location. You need to be part of the right team to really enjoy and avoid micromanagement. Too many young and untrained incompetent team leaders
Pros
fun and a young environment, interesting projects, good salary and benefit
Cons
lack of strong leadership creates competition among employees and creates tensions, favortism over mertiocracy, downtown parking
