Great place to start your career. Interesting projects and a good location. You need to be part of the right team to really enjoy and avoid micromanagement. Too many young and untrained incompetent team leaders

lack of strong leadership creates competition among employees and creates tensions, favortism over mertiocracy, downtown parking

It is an overall good company, but really driven by results even though projects are being blocked by external factors. Management can be improved, but the team is amazing.

In the area of robotics, the ROSA® Knee System received CE Mark approval and FDA 510(k) clearance, marking an important milestone for our ROSA platform, which is already cleared for brain applications. And, we introduced mymobility™, our unique digital platform, which we developed in collaboration with Apple, to connect patients with their surgical teams throughout their entire episode of care.

What is the best part of working at the company?The products are quite cool, some co-workers are really great to work with. Others, not so much What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Highly regulated industry, it adds a lot of mental strain on day to day work. The management is also not very competent, very disorganized phases of product development, followed by a long era of testing.
