Relative good work environment. Awesome cook. Equipment is old and not maintained well enough. Management suck by a lack of communication. Rules apply to some but not others. Getting a raise after years at it is nearly impossible.

The employees are great. Everything else not

10 years employed there. No raises. No benefits. You were just a number. Easily replaced. Nothing for going above and beyond. Highered new people off the street with no experience and paid as much as 10 year vet. Seen the good and bad. Don’t recommend

Worst logging company

Just get out of jail? Then Zell industries is the place for you !!Old equipment houred out, below market wages and a leadership team that couldn't lead their way out of a wet paper bag if their lives depended on it. Save yourself the effort and headaches forget this company .

Good supervisors. Mechanics on site. Great crew to work with. Office staff very helpful. Pay always on time.Good bonuses. Owner always available when needed.

Zell is a mid-sized logging operation. For the size of the operation I was impressed with the camp facilities. Meals and accommodations were provided.

Over worked and under paid It doesnt matter if you give 120% to this employer your just a filled position. Rules apply to some and not others. Benefits suck but at least you have some
